HFMC at RoSfest

HFMC is now confirmed for RoSfest (Rites of Spring festival). The event will take place on the Majestic Theater in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, USA, on the 4-th, 5-th and 6-th of May 2012. For the members of HFMC, the timing of this wonderful news couldn’t be better. Hasse says: “To get such inspiring news just as we’re about to enter the studio, is definitely good for the working moral”.

HFMC will enter the studio on 111103, to start to work on the follow-up album to their critically highly acclaimed debut album Future Past. The band is intact and has been rehearsing the new material during the autumn. I like to quote Hasse when he expresses his thoughts on the new songs:
“To me this is a natural progression from our first album. I think there might be a little more of everything this time. Even though we have a ballad, the overall impression to me when I listen to the songs, is that the album is more up-tempo than the last one. I also like to think that the tour has developed the band in a positive way, simply meaning that we hopefully play better together, that we have defined OUR sound even more."

The still untitled album will be released this spring (probably late April) and followed by a tour. More info to come on those subjects soon.
